About Us

Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) was created in February 2006, following the transfer of homes from Stafford Borough Council.  We own over 5600 homes, all within Stafford borough.

Stafford & Rural Homes Team

We are managed by a board of 15 members which consists of 5 council nominees, 5 tenants and five independents.  We are a registered charity.

We employ 190 staff including 42 trades operatives who work for our Repairs First team, carrying out repairs and improvements to our customers’ homes.

At SARH we aim to put customers at the heart of all we do.
