At Stafford and Rural Homes we are continually striving to offer excellent services across our organisation, with the customer at the heart of everything we do.
We were delighted that the Housing Corporation, our main regulator, awarded us "Three Green Lights" in 2007, and again in March 2008, when they assessed us against their regulatory code to make sure we were:
- A financially viable company
- Properly governed
- Properly managed
Though we are only just over 2 years old as a company, we are to be inspected by the Audit Commission in July 2008, and are working with involved tenants and key partners to ensure our services continuously improve and offer excellent value for money.
