It is a Registered Social Landlord, registered with the Housing Corporation, formed following a positive ballot of Stafford Borough Council tenants in March 2005.
Stafford and Rural Homes is run by a Board of five tenants, five council nominees and five independent people, chosen for their skills and experience.
