Im Karen Armitage, Chief Executive of Stafford and Rural Homes.

Let me introduce my Executive Management Team.  We are proud to be part of Stafford and Rural Homes and hope to lead the organisation by example, ensuring our staff aspire to the excellent standards of customer care we are committed to.

David Matthews is the Director of Resources, looking after all our finances and information technology as well as being responsible for Human Resources ( our staff, to you and me!)

Carla Rendell is the Director of Stock Investment, who manages the repairs service and, very importantly, the investment in your homes.  Carla and her team will ensure that, wherever needed, we will provide new doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms as well as the other investment promises we have committed to.

Debbie Emmitt is the Director of Neighbourhood Services.  Debbie is responsible for teams dealing wth the letting of empty homes and garages, income management including reducing arrears, and Neighbourhood Management, including action on anti-social behaviour.

Debbie has worked in housing for 23 years and has the Chartered Institute of Housing qualification.  She has worked for a local authority and an Arms Length Management Organisation.
