- After five years, Stafford & Rural Homes will be able to invest and maintain your homes to a new standard to be called the Stafford Modern Homes Standard
- Stafford & Rural Homes would continue to use Estate Based Strategies as an effective and well-proven method to consult residents about investment plans for their homes
- Stafford & Rural homes would ensure that every Estate Based Strategy incorporated at least some rural investment and improvement. The Tenants Initiative Scheme would welcome bids for spending from rural tenants
