- Stafford & Rural Homes will produce individual support plans with all sheltered and "warden linked" tenants, agree with them the level of support they require, and negotiate improvements in care levels
Stafford & Rural Homes will develop the following extra services, in partnership with other service providers:
- A 24 hours a day, 365 days a year staff call out of hours service to deal with all your housing support needs
- 'Assistive technology' services, using modern, telephone based technology to help you stay independent
- Medicine management services, helping you take medication safely and on time
Stafford & Rural Homes offer to Sheltered Housing residents:
