We will employ specialist, trained Tenant Participation staff to work with and support the Federation and local groups. It would provide equipment and administrative support to tenant groups as required

Our Performance

This pag contains Information about our approach to Performance Management and will include Audit Commission logoclear measurement of our progress against a set of performance indicators, particularly against the Government's Key Lines of Enquiry.

Our achievements are being benchmarked against other Registered Social Landlords, using the HOusemark system, so that you will gain a true and accurate picture of the organisation.

We were awarded "three green lights" by the Housing Corporation, our main regulator, in 2007 and then again in 2008 when they assessed us against their regulatory code to make sure we were:

  • A financially viable company
  • Properly governed
  • Properly managed

This was a significant achievement for such a young company and we hope will add impetus to our aim of continuous improvement towards an award of  "three star excellent" by 2009.
