Customer Satisfaction
Click to see recent Customer Service satisfaction results via the GovMetric Panels in our reception areas, our telephone surveys and ratings from visitors to the website. This process went live in June 2008 and data will be available regularl to chart improvements in customer ratings.
Click to see recent satisfaction with completed repairs survey results. This process began in July 2008, and though the numbers of completed surveys are quite low, surveys are completed on a daily basis and a robust picture of satisfaction with repairs is forming.
Main Performance Reports
The Detailed Performance report for the year 2007-2008 gives colour-coded results and benchmarking data which compares us with the best performing Housing Associations.
The Performance Graphs report for 2007-2008 gives the same results, but uses graphs and includes comments on performance and details of corrective action being taken where our performance has not met our targets.
