SARH is a member of the Spectrum Development Partnership.

Launched in May 2007, Spectrum Development Partnership is a unique partnership of 10 independent housing associations managing 60,000 homes across a diverse range of communities throughout the West Midlands.

Each of its members has a strong commitment to the communities they serve and our approach is place based and people focused partnership.

Based on its ability to mange a wide range of projects and having consistently exceeded its delivery targets, they have an excellent track record and reputation for delivery of quality affordable housing.

Spectrum members have an unparalleled breadth of local knowledge, management networks and specialist skills in managing and delivering a diverse range of affordable housing.
