A special Leaseholders handbook will be developed, in consultation with leaseholders, that would provide a range of information on maintenance, insurance, participation and consultation, and local contact details

Our Mobile Office

Our Mobile Office visits our rural communities and smaller towns and supports key evnts such as Estate Walkabouts, and offers a wealth of information about services with staff on hand to give advice and deal with your issues.  From 2008, involvement from other community partners will provide a heightened level of service for our communities

What services are available?
   
Customers will be able to:

• report repairs
• apply for housing
• pay rent (by debit or credit card)
• learn how to get involved in shaping our services
• get helpful and detailed advice

This is a chance for you to meet our friendly staff on your doorstep and tell us what services you would like us to provide from our mobile office.  The office will be open from 10:00am - 4:00pm, so customers can join us for a coffee and a free goody bag!

Where and When will it be?
All the locations are advertised in our tenant newsletter, and tenants in each area will receive a leaflet in advance.  Click to see a schedule of dates (coming soon) when the mobile office will be out and about.
