Community Involvement

Community Involvement

Your views are important to us and there are a wide range of ways that you can get involved in helping us to improve and develop our services.

Our A-Z of Customer Involvement sets out all the options for involvement.

Ways of getting involved range from

  • being a tenant board member
  • filling in surveys
  • attending meetings on a particular subject
  • going on estate walkabouts
  • being a customer inspector

You can choose to be involved in a way that suits you and the amount of time you that you have.

We want everyone to have the opportunity to be involved and will do all we can to help you by paying travelling expenses and assisting you with childcare if needed.

Most of the ways of getting involved do not require any detailed experience or knowledge – what is often more important to us is hearing your views.  But if you choose to get involved in something that does require training, we will provide this and any support you need.
