SARH owns and manages over 5600 homes in the borough of Stafford. We have a wide range of properties that applicants can apply for.

We have an open waiting list, which means anybody aged 16 or over can apply to be housed by us. We may not be able to house some people, for example;

People who are guilty of serious unacceptable behaviour under s.160A(7) of the 1996 Housing Act
People with an immigration status under s.160A of the 1996 Act
Other persons from abroad
