Mutual Exchange

If you want to move home you can register for an exchange – you can do this online by visiting Homes First.

You might be able to exchange your home with another tenant from SARH, another housing association or local authority.  There are some rules about how and exchange works and you will need to get consent before you go ahead.

If you have already found someone to exchange with and you would like to apply for permission to move you can download an application form using the link to the right.
