
The Access and Customer Care Group performs an major role in the development of the organisation, and consists of tenants, staff and Board members. It is at te centre of a major review of Access and Customer Care which is going on now and which will result in significant improvements to our front line services.

The group is a development of the Communications Group, which was so instrumental in achieving transfer and establishing the "look and feel" of Stafford and Rural Homes. Our thanks are due to all who participated and gave so much time and effort to the success of the group.
