The Communications Group

This group has now developed into the Access and Customer Care Group, having completed its aims in helping to establish the Company.  Our thanks are due to all who participated and gave so much time and effort to the success of the group.

Its Terms of Referrence (what work it did) were:

  • To devise and implement a Communications Strategy for the organisation
  • To contribute towards a Marketing Strategy for Stafford and Rural Homes
  • To steer the development of corporate identity and style
  • To ensure value for money is achieved for all elements of the strategy
  • To ensure that all material is accessible to relevant audiences

A number of small Task Groups, reporting to the Communications Group, have been particularly active across specific areas, including:

  • Estate-based Strategy
  • Branding (company image, vehicle livery etc)
  • Printed Material
  • Tenants Handbook and Tenancy Agreements
  • Newsletters
  • Website
