Stafford and Rural Homes

The Community Resource Centre is the Forum's new base and is staffed by volunteer customers who are there to support all the tenant and resident groups representing Stafford and Rural Homes customers, including sheltered housing groups.

Our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4pm, and we are closed on Wednesdays.

Services we provide for the Forum and tenant groups are:

1. Publicity - Designing and publishing of flyers, posters, agendas, survey forms and minutes
2. Guidance on tenant issues in regards to our landlord (Stafford and Rural Homes) along with Stafford Borough Council and Staffordshire County Council
3. Giving support and guidance to your concerns
4. Introduction of basic computer user skills via our training department on a one to one basis
