
Stafford and Rural Homes worked with itsTenants and Residents Federation to launch a Partnership Agreement in 2007 about how tenants, leaseholders and residents can be involved in service development and delivery. The agreement was a real step forward in our aspiration to achieve a Three Star Excellent service by 2009.
The 2008 Agreement is now published and representes a major development of our partnership with customers in line with the Housing Corporations People First "building blocks" towards real and meaningful customer involvement in service delivery

The agreement contains performance targets and measures to help ensure that this key partnership achieves the objectives it sets. Performance against the targets will be published on this site and in our magazine, Opening Doors to Better Homes.
The Partnership Agreement Annual Report 2008/09 highlights involvement activities that SARH, its Customers and Partners have been completing over the last year.
It also demonstrates the impact these activities have had and also gives the activities a ‘Value for Money’ rating.
