How Do I get a home?
We will allocate homes in a way that fits the right household to the right property, taking account of your preferences such as which area you request. When there are a number of suitable applicants, we use a points system to see who is in the greatest need. When you have made an application, you will be advised about your points and what your prospects are of a tenancy.

The Open Market Homebuy Scheme
If you are thinking of buying another property on the open market, then perhaps this scheme is for you. It is open to tenants and housing applicants registered on our Housing Register, but not available to tenants applying to buy their own homes under the Right to Buy.
