Mutual Exchanges
Can I exchange with another Stafford and Rural Homes tenant or with tenants of other landlords?
Yes. We will assist tenants who want to exchange, but we will only approve a mutual exchange with tenants of a different landlord if the applicant to exchange is in charitable need.
The national MoveUK scheme is no longer running, but we expect an alternative scheme to be announced soon. Watch this space for details!
