Neighbourhood Services Team

The Neighbourhood Services Team are dedicated to improving the lives of people living in Neighbourhoods.

The Team deal with a wide range of issues that impact on our customers.  These include:

• Dealing with complaints of anti social behaviour and nuisance
• Set up and run Community and Neighbourhood Agreements
• Carry out five yearly and new tenancy visits to all our customers
• Organising Community Events and engaging with the wider community
• Arranging funding for Community Projects
• Intensive work with families
• Estate Caretaking Services
