Community and Neighbourhood Agreements
Community and neighbourhood agreements set out the commitments of customers living on an estate or in a block of flats to being good neighbours and communicating more closely with one another with the support of SARH and its partners.
Some of the key priorities for customers in the community agreement include:
- Keep the area free of litter and to recycle using the appropriate bins.
- Report any graffiti and vandalism to Stafford and Rural Homes.
- Not to cause loud noises that are a nuisance to neighbours.
- Park with consideration for neighbours’ access to property.
- Report issues of crime, nuisance or anti-social behaviour to Stafford and Rural Homes and the Police.
- Ensuring pets are kept under control at all times.
