November 2, 2007
We have launched our brand new Customer Handbook, to be hand-delivered to all its customers during November.
The handbook, designed and written with a group of involved customers, provides key, easy to read information about all services and ways for customers to get involved in service design and delivery.
The handbook includes information about Stafford and Rural Homes’ Vision, values and objectives; its commitment to work with customers, in partnership, to provide excellent services.
Key sections deal with:
• Tenancy Agreements and ways to pay rent
• Repairs and Improvements, and who has responsibility for repairs
• Support Services available for customers in their homes
• Ways to get involved and “have your say” in the delivery of services
• Details of other support agencies
The first copy of the handbook was delivered to a delighted Mr and Mrs Grimes of Tennyson Road, Highfields, by Chief Executive Karen Armitage.
“Our staff and involved customers have worked so hard to produce a really high quality handbook,” said Karen. “I hope all our customers will find it a useful, readable guide to the services we offer and that it might attract more customers who are willing to become involved in designing our services with us. We really value those who give their time and energy to help us strive for excellence in everything we do.”
