Stafford and Rural Acts again on Anti Social Behaviour

October 17, 2006

Full Anti-social behaviour injunctions were granted on 17 October 2006 for 2 years, against Simon Lawes, believed to be resident in Stafford.

Lawes is forbidden from:

1. Using or threatening violence against any resident of, or visitors to, the flats at St David’s Road, and

2. Entering St David’s Road, Attlee Crescent and generally within a defined area.

Karen Armitage, Chief Executive at Stafford and Rural Homes said: "This case builds on the injunctions we obtained earlier in the month relating to the North End and sends a clear message that we will take effective action to protect our residents. Unacceptable behaviour on our estates will not be tolerated."
