As we all know Christmas is a time for catching up and sharing your home with friends and family. It is a fantastic time of year to have gatherings and indulge in the festivities.

What all tenants and residents need to be mindful of, is respecting one another’s lifestyles. So if you are having a gathering at your property, remember the following:

1.  Tell your neighbours if YOU think that noise may be excessive for a few hours whilst you host your friends and family. 

2.  Don’t have music playing loudly in the early hours of the morning.

3.  Be responsible for all you guests and visitors.

If you experience problems with your neighbours over the Christmas period, and you feel that the anti social behaviour was excessive even at Christmas time, please download the Anti Social Behaviour Record sheet and record the incidents on the form.
