WEBSITE LAUNCH IMPROVES SERVICES FOR STAFFORD AND RURAL HOMES’ TENANTS

After only two weeks in business, Stafford and Rural Homes have launched an interactive website that will allow tenants to report repairs online, complete and submit forms and encourages tenant feedback on the new organisation.

The site allows users to find out all about us and opens doors to contact, advice and true involvement in service design and delivery, and is a significant part of our developing Service Access Strategy. Staff will also benefit from easy access to Human Resource services, information and forms, with more interactive features planned.

Karen Armitage, Chief Executive of Stafford and Rural Homes, said: “We are very keen to make ourselves available to our tenants, particularly those with special needs, and we believe the website will help to make it much easier for tenants to contact us.”

“We believe good communication with our customers and partner organisations is crucial and the website allows us to provide easy access to information, forms, contact details, and our policies and procedures.”

“It also gives tenants a simple way to let us know when we are getting it right – and, more importantly, when we are getting it wrong so that we can continuously strive for excellence in all our services.”
