Stafford and Rural Homes wins Anti-social Behaviour Injunction
An Anti Social Behaviour Injunction with Power of Arrest, and an Exclusion Order, was granted at Stoke County Court on 5 December 2007 against Terry Greensmith, a tenant at Elm Court, Blythe Bridge, Stoke on Trent.

Stafford and Rural Homes hosted an informal “Meet and Greet” event at Oddfellows Hall on 22 October 2007. Customers and key partners were able to talk to us about how they experienced our services and suggest improvements.

Stafford County Court has granted an Injunction with a Power of Arrest and Exclusion Order attached, against Matthew Plant, tenant of 116 Hesketh Road, Stafford.

Stafford County Court has granted an Anti Social Behaviour Injunction, with a Power of Arrest, against Patricia Reynolds and Christopher Reynolds, both of 36 Bedford Avenue, Stafford.

David Plant of 51 North Walls, Stafford has been sentenced to 28 days imprisonment for breaching an Injunction ordered by Stafford Crown Court on 12 February 2007

The proposed Chetwynd Credit Union Ltd has been given an official launch by the Chief Executive of Stafford and Rural Homes, Karen Armitage, the Convenor of the Credit Union Study Group Albert Hunt and Development Officer John Spriggs.

Stafford and Rural Homes has been hard at work delivering the Improvement and maintenance promises made to tenants. Work will be starting soon in Rickerscote, Rising Brook, Burton Manor and the Moss Pit areas of Stafford.

Opening Doors to Better Homes….in Stone!
Stafford and Rural Homes has delivered one of the promises made to tenants when the housing stock was transferred from the Council in February 2006. Its brand new Housing Advice shop has opened in Crown Court Yard, just off the High Street.

Credit Union Moves Closer!
A Credit Union covering the whole of the Stafford Borough area has taken a significant step forward. The Stafford Finance Initiative has appointed a Development Officer, John Spriggs, to work with partners to set up a Credit Union for the Borough area.
