Stafford and Rural Homes is launching a brand new Leaseholder Handbook, to be hand-delivered to all its Leaseholders shortly.
The handbook, designed and written with a group of involved customers, provides key, easy to read information about all services and ways for customers to get involved in service design and delivery.
The handbook includes information about Stafford and Rural Homes’ Vision, values and objectives; its commitment to work with customers, in partnership, to provide excellent services. Key sections deal with:
• Leaseholder Agreements and ways to pay ground rent and service charges
• Repairs and Improvements, and who has responsibility for repairs
• Support Services available for customers in their homes
• Ways to get involved and “have your say” in the delivery of services
• Details of other support agencies
