Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) has recently introduced a Customer Training Programme, put together following consultation with our involved customers.
The FREE sessions available to customers of SARH include basic computer appreciation, confidence building, understanding basic electrics, first aid, painting and colour schemes, and much more! The sessions are available to all of our customers with some aimed primarily at members of the Tenants and Residents groups.
Our courses are provided in partnership with B & Q, Staffordshire District Voluntary Services, the Tenant Advisory Service, St Johns Ambulance, and Engage Associates.
Jean Godwin, Volunteer Customer Training Coordinator said “I am happy that this programme has been developed and proud to be part of the project that got it off the ground”.
Karen Armitage,. Chief Executive at Stafford and Rural Homes said “Our staff and involved customers have worked so hard to produce a really practical Customer Training Programme. The sessions have been developed to assist those who want to do work in their communities, find out about the work SARH’s does and also learn new skills. I hope our customers will find the sessions useful and that it might attract more people who are willing to become involved in designing our services with us. We really value those who give their time and energy to help us strive for excellence in everything we do.”
Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment! Transport can be arranged if required. For details of available sessions or to book a place please contact the Customer Participation Team on 01785 216675 or e-mail tp@sarh.co.uk
