Problems With Neighbours?

We want to promote safe and sustainable neighbourhoods, based on reasonable standards of behaviour that are acceptable to residents.

Where anti-social behaviour occurs, we will take action using a range of remedies.  These may include:

  • Mediation
  • Acceptable Behaviour Contracts
  • Joint working with specialist agencies able to offer support
  • Injunctions (usually where there is a threat of, or actual, violence)
  • Emergency injunctions
  • Anti Social Behaviour Orders to protect against persistent problems
  • Possession orders and eviction

We will work with you, the Local Authority and the Police, as well as other agencies, to help reduce actual crime and the fear of crime.  Please see links below to our partners and other useful websites

Community Agreements
We have launched our first Community Agreement with the tenants and leaseholders of Pennycrofts Court.  It does not replace a Tenancy Agreement, but it explains how customers are committed to conducting themselves in their daily lives, showing care and consideration for their neighbours. It also details the services that customers can expect from us.
