Stafford and Rural Homes

If you are a Stafford and Rural Homes dwelling tenant, you can now pay online by using your credit or debit card.  There is no charge for this service, and its really easy to use.

You can pay online or by telephone for the following account types:

• Dwelling rent
• Former tenant rent (if you are no longer a tenant, but owe rent )
• Lifeline charges
• Telecare charges
• Supporting people charges
• Garage rent (if you rent a separate site garage)
• Sundry Debt accounts (eg if we have charged you for repairs to your home)

To start paying online, click to see a User Guide which will open in another window so that you can read it as you go.   To register on the system, you will need your Payment Reference number, which you can find on your Allpay card or on a statement or invoice we have sent you.  If you have more than one account, you will need to register for each one separately.  If you have problems registering on the site, please call us on 0800 111 4554.

Paying by telephone

If you do not have access to the internet and if you would like to pay by telephone, please contact us on 0800 111 4554.  This service is quick and free, and is open to tenants, garage tenants, former tenants and those who pay Supporting People, Telecare and Lifeline charges to us.  Those who have been charged for repairs to their home can also pay using this service.

Please note that if you have set up the additional security processes offered by Visa and Mastercard, we may not be able to take your payments by telephone.  You will still be able to pay online, though.

Just checking your balance?

The system also provides an easy way to check the balance on your accounts even if you dont need to make a payment.  Just log in after you have registered to see your balance.

This facility has been developed with the Information Task Team, which includes tenant representatives, and is brought to you in partnership with Barclaycard.
