Our promises
We will employ specialist, trained Tenant Participation staff to work with and support the Federation and local groups. It would provide equipment and administrative support to tenant groups as required
Leaseholder Consultation
We will consult leaseholders before we enter into a long term agreements to provide services and prior to carrying out works above £250. Two estimates for the price of such work will be sought and Leaseholders will have the opportunity to comment.
Stafford & Rural Homes seeks to establish strong relationships with leaseholders and will encourage the formation of leaseholder groups to help this process. Watch this space for news of leaseholder groups as they are formed.
The Leasehold Management Officer will answer any queries regarding the service charges, and give advice, support and assistance.
