What are My Rights?

Service Charges

Leaseholders have a statutory right to have a summary of their service charges account from Stafford & Rural Homes, by written request. We will provide the summary within one month of the request.

We will also issue an annual statement without any need for a request by a leaseholder. The leaseholder also has the right to inspect the documents / receipts / accounts relating to their service charge.

Repairs

Remember that, as a leaseholder, you are responsible for repairs and decoration to the inside of your flat.
