What does the Insurance Cover?
Stafford & Rural Homes provides comprehensive buildings insurance cover for flat blocks. This protects the leaseholder against such events as fire, explosion, lightening, earthquakes, storms, floods etc.

Each Leaseholder is responsible for their own contents insurance, though we are currently investigating the introduction of an insurance scheme for tenants and residents.
