How Do I Report a Repair?

When you report a repair, please be ready to provide the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • Your contact telephone number
  • Times when someone will be at home to provide access for our trades people
  • As much information about the problem as possible
  •  Whether you have reported the problem before

There are several ways in which you can report a repair:

Telephone:
Call the Customer Services Centre, twenty four hours a day, on 0800 111 4554

Call in person:
To either the Rurals, our new shop at Greyfriars or our Stone Shop

Alternatively you can write to us at our Head Office.

You will receive a letter within two or three days of reporting your repair to us.  The letter will give details of the repair including:

  • a unique order number
  • the details of the repair recorded
  • the target date by which the job should be completed
