Stafford and Rural Homes

The Improvement Programme has been designed, procured and is being delivered and monitored through the Strategic Partnership, together with teams specifically responsible for:

• the main programme,
• sheltered refurbishment programme
• the Direct Maintenance Service

The Partnership was officially launched at a training event in January 2006, bringing together as a team our tenant representatives from the Quality and Design Forum, Connaught - our contractor partner, Baily Garner (our Quantity Surveyor) and Stafford and Rural Housing and Stock Investment staff.   The Partnerships will be run in line with the principles outlines by Si John Egan in his paper "Rethinking Construction".
