Priority 1: 3 hour Emergency Repairs
These repairs will be attended to within 3 hours and completed as quickly as possible. Examples in this category are:
Priority 2: 24 hour emergency (High Priority Repairs)
These repairs will be attended to within 24Hours and completed as quickly as possible. This category includes where there is a serious risk of damage to the property or where the problem is covered by the Right to Repair. Examples in this category include:
Priority 3: Urgent Repairs
These repairs should be completed within 3 working days of the repair being ordered. Examples in this category include:
Priority 4 - Routine Repairs
Routine repairs should be completed within 10 working days of the repair being ordered. Examples in this category include:
Priority 5 – Non urgent Repairs
Non urgent repairs have a target completion date within 28 working days of the repair being ordered. Examples in this category include:
