How will I know my repair has been ordered?

You will receive a letter within two to three days of reporting your repair to us.

The letter will give details of the repair including:

  • a unique order number
  • the details of the repair recorded
  • the target date by which the job should be completed
  • opportunities to record your satisfaction with the service 

Please complete the satisfaction card enclosed with the letter, after the completion of the repair, and post it back to us.  You will not need a stamp.  Receipt of your comments will help us to develop and improve our repairs service.
