Stafford & Rural Homes will produce individual support plans with all sheltered and "warden linked" tenants, agree with them the level of support they require, and negotiate improvements in care levels
Repair Responsibilities
In general, Stafford and Rural Homes is responsible for most of the major repairs to your home. Tenants are responsible for the minor matters and you should, of course, look after your home generally.

Safety Matters!
For your own safety:
Do not paint or interfere with Gas Appliances
Do not block off ventilation passages
Do not carry out any alterations without first obtaining Landlords Consent and/or any other legal requirements.
Do not dispose of large bulky items or unsealed bags down refuse chutes.
