Gas Safety
If you smell gas please follow these simple steps AND DO NOT DELAY:
- Turn off the gas supply. The main on/off lever for your gas supply is next to your meter.
- Do not turn on any electrical appliances, including your lights.
- Open your windows and doors. This will allow any gas which has built up in your home to escape.
- Ring the Customer Services Centre on 0800 111 4554
