On every page of our website, we offer a simple way for you to rate that page using faces like the ones on the right.  It's an effective way to find out what works and what doesn't, and what needs to be improved. 

Our website pages achieve about 25,000 hits each month.  As we only began to collect your feedback in June 2008, we currently have limited data, but you can see a summary of the feedback you have left so far and the action we have taken.  

When you rate a page, we ask you to provide further information - this ensures we concentrate on areas most in need of improvement or lets us know where we are getting things right.  We look at every comment we receive and try to act on them as soon as we can.

Sometimes simple changes can be made straight away, but on other occasions, putting things right can mean quite a lot of work.

Your Feedback so far

You commented that, though the Property Shop listing was good, the properties were often already offered when you rang to enquire about them.  Action taken:  We are now updating this report daily, rather than weekly.  Only properties which are avilable to let and have not already been offered to applicants will be displayed.
