Stafford & Rural Homes' Tenancy Agreement ignores any previous successions to the tenancy with the Council. This means that all transfering tenants have begun their Stafford and Rural tenancy with a potential right of succession
Contents Insurance Scheme
We are working in partnership with the National Housing Federation and insurers Jardine Lloyd Thomson (JLT), to provide a Contents Insurance Scheme, called "My Home", for our tenants, leaseholders and residents on our estates. 
This is the first step in realising Stafford and Rural Homes’ commitment to tackling financial exclusion by providing access to affordable insurance and banking facilities for its customers.

How does the scheme work?
The My Home Contents Insurance is a tenants insurance policy that provides standard contents cover for your belongings (not used for business purposes) in your home. It is an annual policy, underwritten by Allianz Cornhill.
