Welcome to The Federation area.  The Federation looks after the interests of Stafford and Rural Homes tenants, leaseholders and residents on its estates.

A message from Peggy Sparrow, Chair of the Federation:

"I am delighted to be the new Chair person for the Federation.  We have now opened the Community Resource Centre in Greyfriars, which I hope you will all visit.  If you give us a little notice, you can print flyers for meetings, your minutes, create posters and learn new skills. We work closely with Stafford and Rural Homes to help improve their services.  We bring to the table your concerns and questions and solve issues together.  I hope to introduce myself to all groups to spread the Federation message, and get more people involved.

 About the Federation
Stafford and Rural Homes Tenant and Resident Federation consists of representative of all tenant and resident groups, and meets monthly to discuss and action issues tabled by its members.  Stafford and Rural Homes staff visit regularly to consult the group about new and developing services.  Click to see the Constitution of the Federation
