The You First Customer Call offers a broad spectrum of services to customers in the Stafford Borough and also within South Staffordshire. The Customer Call Centre is staffed by a dedicated team of caring professionals, which ensure the service is live 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, monitoring over 7000 live connections by using the latest technology.
The Customer Call Centre has been awarded accreditation by the Telecare Services Association (TSA) since 2010, which ensures Telecare providers operate within the recommended TSA Code of Practice. In 2011, Stafford and Rural Homes won the national TSA Crystal Award for exceptional service delivery, innovation within Telecare and for going the extra mile for our customers.
