Your Tenancy

When you signed up as a tenant you were given a copy of your tenancy agreement. This gives information about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant – it also tells you about SARH’s obligations.

You will also have been given a copy of our customer handbook which provided more information about your tenancy and the services we offer.

Joint Tenancy

If you are an existing Stafford and Rural Homes tenant and you want another person to be added to your tenancy as a joint tenant, please let us know.  There are some rules about who can and cannot be added to tenancies.
