In 2018 SARH took second place in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work list.
SARH was also the top performing Housing Association listed.
Once again awarded a ‘Three Star Extraordinary’ accreditation, SARH strengthened its reputation as one of the best not for profit employers in the country.
To earn this accreditation our employees are questioned on a range of topics, including leadership, wellbeing, personal growth and their pay and benefits.
90 per cent of staff said SARH has inspirational leadership, and 97 per cent said this is a great place to work.
We recognise that you can’t deliver an exceptional service to customers without an exceptional team, and this latest accolade reflects the organisation’s dedication to ensuring everyone at SARH has the chance to ‘Be the Best’ they can be.
SARH first entered the list in 2014, named at number 20.
“Our employees are central to everything we do, not least delivering our Company Vision of ensuring SARH offers a ‘Great place to live, work and grow.”
