Community Benefit Society
SARH isnow a Community Benefit Society (CBS). What is a Community Benefit Society? A CBS is a special type of community benefit not for profit organisation registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It is a legal structure that retains many of the features of the existing SARH Company but it is simpler. SARH has kept its charitable purpose but is not be registered with the Charities Commission.
