You can use the SARH text message service to see your rent account balance and more.
The SARH text service number is +4473992 39986. You should save this number to your mobile phone contacts list as SARH.
We will only ever text you from this number.
The text service is automated and will respond to the following commands:
|BAL||Instantly* check your rent account balance. We will ask you to confirm your Date of Birth for security purposes.
*the first time you use the service this may take up to 24 hours
|RENT||Request a callback from a SARH advisor to discuss your rent.|
Texts you send to SARH are charged at your standard network rate, or are covered within your monthly allowance from your network operator (if applicable). There is no charge to receive texts from SARH.
You may receive automated updates on your rent account status or garage account status from SARH.
You can check your full rent statements on our website using SARH Online.
