Customer Call Advisors Recruitment Open Day, 15th August 2.30pm – 6.30pm

Come along to our recruitment open day on 15th August, 2.30pm – 6.30pm!

 

We are currently recruiting Customer Call Advisors on both a permanent and contract basis.

 

Various permanent shift patterns are available.

If you can support our most vulnerable customers over the phone in the delivery of our the You First Telecare 24-7 lifeline service we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and a caring and empathetic attitude to join our friendly and supportive team.

 

The roles focus on receiving and responding to multiple calls on a variety of issues. These include emergency calls, requiring timely and appropriate action, and may involve liaising with statutory, voluntary and care agencies to ensure that customer needs are met. The team also provides an out of hours housing repairs service for SARH customers and services for other corporate customers.

 

If you can demonstrate that you have experience in providing excellent customer service, with knowledge of the needs of vulnerable customers we’d like to hear from you!
