Customers encouraged to take a stroll with SARH
STAFFORD and Rural Homes (SARH) is inviting its customers take a stroll with its staff and partner organisations to give their neighbourhood a ‘health check’.
SARH customers are invited to join in its latest schedule of estate walkabouts to help identify any environmental issues of concern such as graffiti, fly-tipping hot spots, or external repairs such as damaged walls.
“The estate walkabouts are a great way to meet customers and speak to them about issues affecting where they live and note any repairs or improvements that need to take place,” said Laura MacPhee, Homes and Neighbourhoods Assistant for SARH.
“The views of our customers are really important in helping us better the areas where we have homes and we hope as many people as possible will join us.”
Successful walkabouts have already taken place in areas including Blythe Bridge, Rising Brook and Silkmore and more are planned in different areas throughout the year.
The next estate walkabouts will take place on the following dates:
Thursday, April 25 – Greyfriars, Greyfriars Car Park, at 9.30am.
Thursday, May 9 – Moss Pit (Heenan Grove side of the A449), Outside Heenan Grove, at 9.30am.
Thursday, May 16 – Highfields, Signpost Centre on West Way, at 9.30am.
Thursday, May 23 – Gnosall, Impstones Sheltered Scheme, at 9.30am.
