Customers time for talking
SARH has been finding out what customers really want as part of a National campaign being led by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).
The National Conversation is the largest ever consultation with tenants of social housing in England. The conversation will ensure customers’ views are at central to the development of the TSA’s new regulatory standards for all social landlords.
The first of SARH events took place on Wednesday 4 February 2009 at our Stafford Shop. Customers were invited to discuss what they thought of their landlord and what services are important to them and what services need improving.
The event, which was attended by Helen Lane from the TSA was a resounding success.
Karen Armitage Chief Executive at SARH said “This is the first of a number of events being held locally that will give customers a real say in how services are delivered in the future. I am delighted that so many customers took part in the event, giving their views on what matters to them”.
Feedback from the event will be fed back to the TSA and used to develop the new standards framework. Customers who were unable to attend the event but would like to have their say can get a questionnaire by calling us on 0800 111 4554. Alternatively you can collect one from one of our offices or download a copy from our website.
